Boxes run $29–$499, plus limited drops built around single releases. Before you pay, every box shows its complete sneaker pool, the listed market value of each pair, the exact odds of pulling it, and the guaranteed minimum value — every box contains a real pair worth at least that floor. All prices are plain US dollars.

Opening triggers the draw and plays the reveal. The outcome comes from a commit–reveal system locked in before your purchase — server seed committed by hash, your device’s client seed, and a per-open nonce combined with HMAC-SHA512 — fully verifiable after seed rotation. One thing to know: the draw is consumed at reveal, which is why opened boxes can’t be refunded (unopened ones can be cancelled).

Every pull lands in your Vault — your claim on that physical pair in our warehouse. From there you have 30 days to decide: ship it, sell it back, or wait and bundle it with future pulls to save on shipping. We send reminders as the window closes (day 20 and day 27). If the window lapses, the pair converts automatically to store credit at the sell-back rate, so value is never simply lost.

• Size at ship time. You pick your size when you request shipping, not at purchase — subject to size availability for that model, with equivalent-value resolution if your size is unavailable.
• Fees. Flat $9.95 per shipment — free when you ship 2+ pairs together. Bundling from the Vault is the money move.
• Insurance. Shipments with a declared value over $500 require carrier insurance ($4.95) — protecting your pair, not padding the fee.
• Timing. Dispatch within 2 business days of your request; delivery typically 3–7 business days. US addresses only. Sales tax is collected at ship time based on your destination.

Any pair in your Vault can be sold back to us instantly for 85% of its listed market value, credited to your account on the spot. Listed market values come from third-party sneaker resale market data and are shown on the pair before you decide. Worth saying twice: store credit is not cash. It can’t be withdrawn, transferred, or bought directly — it’s for opening more boxes and covering shipping. If you want maximum value from a pull, shipping the pair is always the full-value option.
