The fairness promise
The result is locked before you buy. Prove it yourself.
Before you purchase a box, we publish a cryptographic fingerprint of the server seed that will decide your reveal. Your device contributes its own seed. When you open, the two combine — which means we mathematically cannot steer the outcome after seeing your purchase, and you can verify every reveal after the fact.
Odds aren’t marketing copy either: the exact odds table shown on a box is the one the draw uses, and it’s versioned so you can always see which table applied to your open.

Every sneaker enters our inventory through a rigorous multi-point verification process — materials, construction, packaging, and sourcing checks — before it can ever appear in a box. Each pair carries its own verification record, tied to the pair you receive.
If a delivered pair ever fails verification, we replace it or refund the box — that’s written into our refund policy, not just this page.

Is every box really a real pair of sneakers?
Yes. Every box contains a real, physical pair with a stated guaranteed minimum value — there are no empty boxes and no digital-only items. You choose whether to ship the pair or sell it back for store credit.
How do I know the odds are honest?
The full odds table for every box is published before you buy, and each open is backed by a commit–reveal system: we publish a cryptographic hash of the server seed before your purchase, so results can’t be changed after the fact. You can verify any past open yourself — see how fairness works.
What is sell-back and how does store credit work?
After a reveal you can instantly sell the pair back to us for 85% of its listed market value, paid in store credit. Store credit is for opening more boxes and paying shipping — it is not cash, can’t be withdrawn or transferred, and can’t be purchased directly.
How does shipping work?
We ship anywhere in the US (except where the app isn’t available) for a flat $9.95 — free when you bundle 2+ pairs in one shipment. You pick your size when you request shipping. Details in Shipping & Fulfillment.
How long do I have to decide?
Revealed pairs wait in your Vault for 30 days. Ship them, sell them back, or bundle them with future pulls. After 30 days (and reminder notices), unclaimed pairs convert to store credit automatically.

Are the sneakers authentic?
Every pair we stock goes through a rigorous multi-point verification process before it enters inventory, and every pair carries its own verification record. If a pair ever fails verification after delivery, we make it right — see our refund policy.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel a box any time before you open it. Once a box is revealed, the draw is done and the pair is allocated to you — so reveals aren’t refundable, but you always keep the choice between the pair itself and the sell-back offer. Full details in Refunds & Returns.
